Fabulous pizza. This is on a gluten free base.. I was surprised with range of vegan food. They have 10  vegan pizzas plus a range of pasta and other dishes.  This pizza contained Dairy Free Mozzarella, Double-Cooked Eggplant, Spanish Onions, Semi-Dried Tomatoes, Capsicum & Mushrooms
Definite recommendation.
