Pumpkin spice muffin

This was a lovely surprise while stopping in Seattle. I’m not big on pumpkin spice, but wow! The flavor was onpoint—perfectly baked muffin. I’m being picky but I don’t think it needed a sprinkle of sugar on top, that’s just me. And I was able to toss the bag in the compost at home 👏
