I was stunned when they brought out this huge bowl of pizza mac. The mac itself, delightfully creamy and tasty. Paired with the vegan meat, other cheese, and mushrooms, I can say this is the best mac and cheese I’ve ever had.

A perfect Belgian waffle, paired with an orange slice and natural maple syrup. The “chicken” is fried oyster mushrooms. Hits the spot with accuracy in the sense that it’s fried, but the mushrooms wind up a bit chewy.

In order: Lentil stew, sliced cabbage and onion, and collard greens with potatoes. These slow cooked delicacies are seasoned perfectly, and served with a bounty of spongy bread. This food is amazing.
