These mozzarella sticks are BANGING!! In my past life as a vegetarian I consumed my fair share of fried dairy cheese sticks and these are pretty dang close. The cheese isn’t as stringy or gooey as dairy cheese but the flavor is there and that’s what matters. 4.5/5 perfect vegan diner mozzie sticks

Buffalo “Chicken” French Fries

I got these fries at the NJ VegFest Food Truck event (pre-COVID!) in Atlantic City and they did not disappoint. It was super tasty and fun to experience greasy vegan festival food. My only complaint is that the fries at the bottom of the container were extremely soggy due to the Buffalo sauce and it was messy to eat. Otherwise, 4/5 recommend
