Freska has already vegan options on their menu but sometimes I like to mix things up. The freska harvest is a breakfast bowl that normally comes topped with egg and hollandaise HOWEVER, they are so amazing at Freska to accommodate more

I know it’s “just” a Caesar salad but it is honestly soo good. The dressing is delicious and the lettuce and croutons are perfectly crunchy

Honestly can’t say enough good things, just try it for yourself. Also the soup rotates with what’s in season locally but it is always vegan!
