Incredibly tasty!! It’s one of the next burger patties I’ve ever had. It’s cooked best on the stove, oven r barbecue. Very quick to make.

Had the scrambled chickpea tofu on toast, pancakes and a pesto sandwich at Needlemaker’s cafe in Lewes (South East England). It’s a completely vegan cafe. Highly recommend it. Very nice food, big portions and beautiful setting. more
