it's good, does the job and feels very natural on the skin. wrapped in paper which is better then plastic and the reason i bought it to begin with

it's good for sitting and not sweating but if you actually do any activity that will make you sweat it does not work! i like that it's soaking and doesn't leave you moist and that it comes in this small jar so not much plastic is used.
