It is delicious and easy to just directly take it without any water. I used to forget taking my B12, but now I look forward to it.

It is organic, no animal testing is involved, and additive free. The smell is mild and pleasant. The oil is smooth and easily goes to the skin.

it was sooo delicious, filling and satisfying to the body and mind. It has quesadillas, guacamole, tacos, beans and tortillas.
