Soooooo good! Built my own salad with kale/spinach mix, beets, black lentils, chick peas, sweet potato, avocado, and balsamic vinegar. Plenty of vegan options with lots of vegan dressing choices.

SO SO GOOD! These are delicious and I definitely recommend them for anyone. Along with being vegan they are gluten free, nut free, soy free, and peanut safe!
