Really tasty tacos. Originally there were 2, but the waiter was so nice as to add an extra taco (we were 3). The spiced meat was incredible (similar to Cochinita Pibil) and I personally loved the taco with mole and mushrooms more

Another incredible dish from L’Embargo. In my opinion, the best vegan restaurant in Toulouse. This time it is a chestnut burger with blue cheese and incredible fries on the side. Really filling option

A really original dish with “Camembert”, mushroom tempura and tomatoes. Every ingredient was delicious on its own, and all together was spectacular

This was absolutely amazing. I wasn’t expecting a similar taste to foie, but it was just as I remembered. A non-Vegan friend was also pretty amazed at the taste. Definitely recommend the dish!

Vegan food truck in front of the Jardin des Plantes of Toulouse. The hot dog was made out of a seitan sausage and many toppings (“cheddar” sauce, mustard, vegetables…). In the end, a perfect choice to eat inside the garden
