Plain soy milk and a plain review of it. Relatively cheap, is great for cooking, and do I even need to mention that it's superior plant milk? Calcium, good macros, neutral taste. A lot of soy in this picture.

I haven't tried many vegan cream cheeses, and most were with some flavour, but I like this plain one. I also tried to make a mousse out of it for a dessert and it worked well. Will buy again and again

A good textured vegetable protein, aka TVP aka SOY. Doesn't fall apart, doesn't become slimy when you cook it. Soaks flavours well. Out of myriad TVP brands I've tried, this one is def top 3.

Top sausages. One of the best I've tried yet, only beaten by other sausages by Vegetus also. Taste, texture, everything on point. Cooks perfectly. One of the best Ukrainian vegan brands. Recommended

Superb post workout snack with ideal macros. Not the cheapest, but it's clearly high quality

Delicious pita bread, filling, juicy. The sauce, I think, has spirulina which is fitting for Asian cuisine
