Athenos hummus is not my favorite. It has a very earthy taste and is not as creamy as my favorite hummus Sabra. If you are thinking of buying this then also do so if you are not a fan of the Sabra hummus.

This Miso Raman soup is great for a quick lunch. It is low calorie and tasty. I sometimes will add extra noodles to make it more hearty but sometimes eat just as it is. These soup cups saved me as my kitchen was being remodeled.

I love this toasted hazel but creamer. Silk is my favorite brand of creamers and I was so happy to have a new flavor to try. This one does not disappoint! It has a great creamy texture and I do not miss dairy creamer at all.

I have been missing Greek yogurt and Silk has made the best replacement I have found. I love that it is high protein, tastes great and causes no harm to animals. This is now my morning go-to breakfast.
