Got a free icecream for my birthday so figured id try this flavor out.
Personally I don’t think it would be worth it to go out and purchase the item, but I do absolutely appreciate having a vegan option.

Delicious!! I loved this dish it was so fantastic. The platter is a 3 taco dish of your choice, so I chose veggie which included - mashed potato, mushroom, onion, roasted poblano pepper, corn, garlic, lettuce, cilantro more
I appreciate Rubio’s for having vegan options

I wasn’t too impressed by this dish but I also didn’t find it awful in anyway. I personally am not a “beef” flavored person so ground impossible more
( despite the title, the sushi is vegan but the store calls it vegetarian heads up,  it contains no eggs, milk or dairy though)
