Had an absolutely amazing dinner at this restaurant. Run, don’t walk , to Rawtopia if you are in the Salt Lake City area.
My entree was the out-of-this-world Coconut Curry with forbidden rice but I forgot to take a picture. more

Some amazing finds at Denver’s Cherry Creek farmer’s market. Shout out to YaYe Organics, Flavor Table, Fresh From The Fungi Farm and The Stone Fruit Company for their amazing locally, sustainable grown and sourced products 🤩

This dish is absolutely amazing. The mushroom broth is super flavorful. The sweet potatoes, carrots, tofu and snap peas were cooked to perfection. Plus their tea selection is very unique.
