Very crunchy at the top and a little soggy at the bottoms, these were not my favourite because of the green bean aftertaste either but I still would recommend them if you want to try them since I may just be uncultured
Being part Chinese raised in Spain this dish almost brought me to tears. FINALLY a vegan version of my favourite comfort rice dish! The right “egginess” and mix of ingredients and a perfect side to have with the rest of the meal.
