Fantastic! I used it to make a mango lassi and it was spot on. Tangy and not sweet like other yogurts. I love the glass bottle to reuse or recycle.
This is a great option for GF baking and turns out fluffier results. A little expensive for the avid baker but just fine for those who bake occasionally.
