Great salads as part of their buffet. Even these very simple salads are very tasty and well thought through.
The restaurant has a buffet, so this dish doesn't always exist as such. However, they have a great variety of vegan foods every day, all very creative and yummy.
Very yummy and super fast service. However, not entirely vegan because of the goat cheese. I especially enjoyed the proper german-quality bread that was served on the side with every dish.
Presentation is great! I really appreciated the avocado, the dressing, and the herbal sauce as well. Generally, it was a tiny bit dry for my taste because the almonds and the oat cracker are very dry. But I was very happy more
Yummy! My only concern is that it's packaged in a way that is hard to store once opened.
