For dinner tonight, I made a stir fry with Impossible meat, frozen stirfry veggies, organic millet & rice ramen noodles, and sugar free teriyaki sauce. Topped with sesame seeds, sliced almonds, and a little extra teriyaki more
Not too shabby for being from ingredients that I had around already! Costco falafels, air fried sweet potatoes and onions, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, a little bit of brown rice over a bed of arugula micro greens and iceberg more
Our grocery store finally started carrying Miyoko’s products! I tried the Savory Scallion Cashew Milk Cream Cheese on a bagel thin this morning. I topped the bagel with alfalfa sprouts, thinly sliced cucumbers and halved more
I’m not sure why I was hesitant to try these but I’m glad that I did! They were much better than I had anticipated them to be. The gravy looked weird but I may just not have stirred it enough. I’d get them again. :)
I got these from Aldi. They’re not exactly my cup of tea. The texture was a little mushy and they weren’t very flavorful. I tried a couple in buns but I used the other two patties in some Hodge Podge Pasta: basically just more

-1 teaspoon minced garlic
-1/3 cup Korean BBQ Marinade & Stir Fry Sauce
-1/2 vegetable broth
1 Sauté the green beans in the vegetable broth until more
A little on the salty side but nice flavor overall! I’d probably get it again. I sautéed green beans in it today and served it over rice. I kind of want to try marinating tofu in it next!
My go-to breakfast lately: Kite Hill Chive Cream Cheese on some toast, sprinkled with chia seeds, sunflower seeds and pepitas for some added protein! And of course olives, because I LOVE olives. :)
The buns were ok, very tasty when toasted! I’d probably get them again.
