A for effort, especially for Hong Kong! but the broth was not the most flavorful.

Don’t know what they put in the broth but omg it’s so tasty. The soy meat and other toppings are great too to go with the chewy noodles. Must try in Tokyo!

One of the best vegan ramen I’ve had: flavorful and delicious broth, perfectly chewy noodles and a generous amount of toppings. Well worth the travel from Nagano to, and the tiny town is really cute as well!

(Soulmate ramen is no longer open) pretty good soup base, nice chewy noodles, lots of ingredient selection, including the awesome Impossible sausage that I cannot find anywhere else!

Not as flavorful as I thought, could be saltier and it would’ve been great if they gave you some actual toppings like tofu or “meatballs”!

Broth looked more flavorful than it tasted, even with the spicy oil. Noodle texture alright but could be more chewy.

Oat milk broth that is on the salty side, my favorite out of all the places I’ve tried this time in Taipei. Have many other flavors as well. Mushrooms were a great addition to the ramen.

Oat milk based, both spicy flavors were quite similar, would recommend the ma-la one. The meat was tofu skin, which was ok. Noodles were chewy and tasty.

Miso soup base, broth was light and you can choose to add garlic/spring onion (recommend); noodles were chewy and the meatball especially was delicious

Only 3 ingredients, no dairy. Intense, dark chocolate, good to have when you have a chocolate craving!
