I have been a [junk food] vegan for 3 years.  I honestly have found being a vegan a very challenging lifestyle choice. Obviously, for the animals I would never go back ,but I'd like to eat better.

Three Girls Vegan Creamery

The lasagna is the best, vegan or not, that I've every had! I couldn't even wait to get it home. Picked at it in the car!  This is a vegan restaurant, so everything is vegan, but this is so close in taste to my old, pre-vegan days, it's worth the 45 minute drive!
