This was yummier than I thought it’d be. The texture of the seitan is good. Once I adjusted to the taste I had trouble putting it down, but it did take a minute. I also got the egg tofu salad, which I would not get again.

SO FREAKIN GOOD. I had a little taste while I was leaving the restaurant and ended up finishing half the bowl. Would DEFINITELY get this again.
