Whilst I don’t buy many meat alternatives, as this was heavily reduced I thought I’d give it a try. Wish I’d bought the other reduced pack now! I’ve been vegan for almost three years - this tastes slightly different to how I remember chicken tasting but the texture is almost spot on. A quick and easy meal using up some leftovers whilst my daughter’s away (otherwise there’d have been more veg on my plate).

I’d definitely buy the Vivera Plant Chicken Breast Style again, even at full price. I’m not much of a salad lover in summer, but I do love buddha bowls and this would make a great addition. I’m also thinking this could be a substitute for turkey at Christmas rather than buying a no beef wellington, which is far too big for just me.
