The place Carrot Express has some vegan dishes, I ordered the vegan picadillo bowl. The price is higher than I expected, but it’s worth it; the taste is good and the size of the dish is pretty large.

I came to the restaurant thinking they only had tofu, but turns out they have a whole vegan menu! Very good food and the waiters were friendly and understood my requests.
