A perfectly balanced salad with all the ingredients perfectly cooked. The swaps were dressing for oil and vinegar and the feta for tofu. Both of these substitutions were recommended by the waitron after hearing I was vegan. more
One of my favourite of the Fauxmage cheeses. It’s creamy with a slight tang.
Eaten sandwiched between two crackers of Woolies broccoli rice crackers it gives a delicious eye roll moment.

Made with Terbodore dark hot chocolate powder and steamed Okja oat milk this hot chocolate ticks all my boxes. It’s Dark, rich and not too sweet. Absolutely perfect on a chilly morning.
A dish which makes you feel sad when you realise the bowl is empty. We had it two nights running it was so good with my fingers gravitating to it seemingly without my knowledge. So so good.
After overdosing on Beyond Burgers last year I thought I’d try it again. If you’re into Beyond Burgers then it’s great but for me it’s a bit like tequila now!
