Very convincing (texture and taste!) veggie tripe in a light black bean sauce. Very tasty and satisfying!

Was expecting pretty standard mock shrimp but was surprised by these delicious guys. The sauce was sweet and tangy but not overly so, and the texture and taste were fantastic. Very juicy! Definitely would get again!

Tasty vegan ramen with tofu, spinach, corn, mushrooms, and vegan nuggets. Broth was pretty good and noodles were nice and bouncy, and I'm a real big fan of the nuggets!

Delicious vegan burrito using their Blackbird seitan with guacamole, rice, beans, and vegan sour cream. It's my go to at Terri!
