Idea veramente originale quella, così il sabato (pranzo e cena) si può gustare tutte le specialità che vengono realizzate. In questo modo non si spreca neanche cibo: essendo un prodotto fresco "l'invenduto" viene impiegato per all you can eat. Ho trovato tutto molto gustoso: hamburger di legumi o verdure, Polpettine o polpettoncini con lo stesso impasto, polpette di soia, seitan preparato in tanti modi, sughi pronti (genovese e ragù), frittatine vari gusti e crocchè. A volte anche dolci o preparazioni particolari come il casatiello vegano. Lo consiglio!
