Melt very well just like real cheese and the taste is kinda cheesy. Don't eat it cold, it's not good.

Very soft and not too sweet. The taste is light and the pear is perfect, if maybe a little too bland. I liked it very much still

Delicious in itself. I didn't use the oil provided. The broth is nice and the noodles are good, great quantity.
(I hadded mushrooms, nori and chili oil)
