This photo does not do the dish justice. You truly wouldn't know that this poutine was vegan. The cheese melted perfectly in the sauce. I will be ordering this again soon!

Amazing!! Tofu ricotta on top of an English muffin and seasoned with roasted coconut flakes and scallions. The potato wedges were super tasty!
