“Panettone” with chocolate chips! A bit drier than others I’ve tasted but I enjoyed it.

These falafel were surprisingly delicious! The only problem was I had to add breadcrumbs to achieve the right consistency to be able to cook them. Maybe I added too much water? But I added just what the instructions said more

I had a long morning and saw this and, even though I don’t usually buy this kind of drink for various reasons, I thought it would be nice to try it and I needed a little bit of help not to fall asleep.

I enjoy eating black lentils more than any other type, I think they have a more intense flavor. Plus, they hold together very well and don’t turn mushy when cooked 🖤

I always love to try new food and I don’t know how I never heard about Pain d’épices before, a Northern European recipe. It is usually made with honey but agave syrup is a great substitute.
