This was my favorite dish at The Cafe in Key West. The “Meat” balls were made with eggplant as the base and the bread was toasted to perfection. Sooo good!

The Cafe was our go to place in Key West. They offer a pescatarian menu but with tons of delicious vegan options. This was from the brunch menu. It was amazing!!
