I ordered a bunch of Lazy Food products and this is the winner so far.  There’s a gluten-free/chickpea pasta one and a regular wheat pasta one.  I like the regular a bit better, and if you have a choice I’d recommend it over the other.  The nutritional profile is still solid (and high protein, thanks to pea protein), and the presentation is more appetizing.  As with many boxed meals, this is higher in sodium than I’d like, but I still intend to keep it stocked in the cupboard.

Note: package says 2 servings but if you’re hungry it’s more like 1-1.5 unless you are eating with a nice salad or other dish to round out the meal.  If I’m making this it’s often because I do not have time to spend preparing dinner, but it’s not too hard to throw together a nice salad in the 10 mins it takes this to cook.

This stuff is great!  I didn’t really think of needing or wanting a vegan tzatziki sauce/dip, but this is so delicious I’ve found all kinds of ways to eat it, lol.  I haven’t tried the Trader Joe’s one, which I’ve heard people rave about, but I can’t imagine it’s more delicious and this is so much healthier.  I may try making my own tzatziki now that I realize how quickly I might go through it, but I’m any event I see myself purchasing this regularly.

Siggis is my favorite of the plant based yogurts I’ve had so far.  It’s creamy and not too sweet, with a yogurt-y tang to it.  The raspberry and other flavors I’ve had have all been consistently good.  It’s got a decent serving of protein too.  I have tried dozens of plant based yogurts and this is the only one I’ve liked enough to keep buying.  When I ate dairy yogurt was a staple, so I’m really grateful for this, even if it’s just an occasional treat.  Apparently I only have strawberry right now, but the raspberry is delicious too.
