homemade christmas crack. i seen this on tik tok and knew i could remake. I forgot I had marshmallow going which would’ve been my personal addition but always next time.
I have created a great seitan chicken. great texture. after i tasted it here i seasoned it more to make it cajun style soooo amazing.
For my bday I made me a cake. this cake was good. i made a blueberry jam and the frosting too. The shape definitely would have been better maybe if i filled it all
fried mushrooms po boy. sooooo good.
So I made seitan again and this time I over cooked it in the oil but i covered it in sauce and it wasn’t hard.
1st meal: vegan mac and cheese with cheese roux and earth grown mozzarella and cheddar plus fried mushrooms wings.
2nd: prolly leftovers mac plus vegan patties
3rd: now homemade frosting for easy poptarts
4th: meatloaf more
Tvp with diced peppers, flour, seasoning and mushrooms. I didn’t have enough oil to cook them like meatballs so I smashed them. I like these it was really quick to make.
the first cheese i ever made was good but needed tweaks but i lost that recipe. so this was try two for a mac and cheese craving. what a fail.
my first homemade pizza and dough, cant really remember which recipe was used but I had a really thin homemade cheese and honestly i should’ve put more oil on top. you live and you learn.
This was a great breakfast sandwich. I love the amount of tofu they give and in the corner i used my homemade chickpea with my hash browns.
