Babka bun is a chocolate and tahini bun. The bun texture is amazing, so soft and chewy👌🏾. The chocolate tahini flavour is was quite nice. I wanted the pistachio buns but those were sold out, I’ll be returning to try those!

Ethos Vegan Suites is a hotel I stayed at in Santorini, Greece. It is a fully vegan hotel, that also takes sustainability into consideration (Zero waste).

Veganised version of the dish originally has cheese, staff were very accommodating. It’s artichokes, peashoots and radicchio. Tasted pretty good but the dish was a bit off balance.
Good quality pizza, instead of a vegan cheese it had a garlic sauce which was a really nice alternative.
