tomato toast:
toast a piece of fresh sour dough, and put on hummus, thinly sliced tomato, lemon zest and juice, capers (optional), hot sauce (optional) chopped spinach, and herbs more

i used applesauce instead of two eggs and it was very yummy, and it’s KOSHER FOR PASSOVER

lemon blueberry baked oats 🍋🫐😍!!
1/2 c old fashioned oats
1/2 cup plant milk
1/2 tbsp flax/chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/4 c blueberry (frozen or fresh)
bake for 30-45 minutes more
