“Buddha bowl” of rice and veggies in tomato sauce. Pretty tasty. The store had a big sign that says “100% vegan” outside but it’s not vegan at all, so I’m not sure what the confusion is.

Really yummy samosas. Come with a tasty sweet sauce.

Basic biryani but definitely tasty! Paired with the Daal Chana makes a perfect meal 👍

Tasty Dhal and one of the few restaurants in Segovia with a labeled menu! Roti is extra.

Seriously some of the best sushi I’ve had, vegan or otherwise. I’ve been here 3 times since I’ve been in Istanbul and have left happy every time.

Vegan breakfast was really tasty! Comes with lots of vegetables, vegan cream cheese, beetroot hummus, potatoes and bread. Healthy and delicious.

Vegan options are marked on the menu but there are only a couple available.

Got Lentil Kofte, Soy Patty with fries, and some beans. Also had a house kombucha. Cheap and tasty. A staple when we’re in Istanbul.

Manti was really good. The menu says it’s vegan but make sure to specify because I was served a vegetarian version that came with yogurt once.
