I'm a vegan activist living in Vietnam. Trying to change the world one meal at a time.
A nicely balanced cappuccino, the flavours aren't overly bold but the creaminess and coffee flavours are well balanced. The barista uses Oat Milk (Oatly) which I find to be the best milk replacement in coffee.
Amazing, not only is the outside so beautiful to look at, but the filling is equally sweet and flavorful.
Served with oat or soy milk. Reminds me of the great chai's I enjoyed as a vegetarian whilst travelling India. Very sweet so mention that to the barista if you'd like something you're concerned about. Top marks for presentation too.
As good a croissant as I've ever had. Flaky and soft.
Quite possibly the best plant-based coffee in Saigon. The milk is thick and the aroma strong. An extra 10k for a double shot is good value too.
Kaka has some really good cakes and drinks but their Cappucino is a little uninspiring. The milk if fluffy and thin rather than creamy but still makes a good accompaniment to a plant-based snack.
A good vegan take on a popular summer classic. Chocolate is rich and textured. Ice cream is good and not too sweet although I wouldn't mind some more :)
This was a really unique smoothie. Very thick and creamy. The extra large straw was definitely necessary.
A Vietnamese classic. The broth is rich, salty and has a pleasant spice. Goes well with a generous serving of bread.
A healthier choice when you want to avoid a caffeine kick. Thick and creamy and a with just a little spice. Recommended.
