Found these in the store. I don’t eat a lot of bread. Six in a package. They are chewy and flavorful. I suppose I could make these but the price more

Just what I did with the cauliflower pasta. I made olive oil-garlic pasta and added caramelized onions and Asiago and Parmesan cheeses (my cheeses were not vegan).

A bit expensive, but I’d buy it again. It needed to be cooked a bit longer than package directions, but I enjoyed it. It is a firm pasta that holds up well with bold flavors.
