We spent a night at the Bergen Børs Hotel and I was surprised to find a great variety of vegan options at their breakfast buffet. Everything was very fresh, the bread and Marmelade were homemade and tasted absolutely great. more

I love Udon noodles in general. But here they come with a whole bunch of super fresh steamed vegetables, marinated tofu and Seitan and the best thick soy sauce I’ve had so far. My all time favorite at this restaurant!

Very authentic Ethiopian dish, fresh and very tasty. A great mix of different foods on one plate, the owners are extremely friendly and even though wine may not seem like a good fit for north-African cuisine, it absolutely is! :)

The Vöner Special Fries come with vegan cheese sauce and fried onions. So good!!
But don’t try to combine them with one of their burgers, you will need a to-go-box because the portions are huge!
