A vegan menu cooked on the wood stove in the mountains. With beans in fresh tomatoes, potatoes and beyond meat balls. Desert Ed’s book: vegan propaganda.

Awesome. A must with vegan cream topping on the chopped V-eal and Hashbrowns. A tippical zurich speciality. Züri Gschnätzlets.
