I normally don't like these kind of products but this one was absolutely fine to use for an aperitivo, I would recommend to use it as a carpaccio, that's how i find it the best, put some olive oil, lemon, and "grana" flakes

It is a good substitute to use instead of parmigiano or grana but personally I still prefer to use food yeast with nuts

Amazing "yoghurt", it is the one I find more satisfying for its consistency and taste as well, the pomegranate gives a nice taste to it
