Bonsai Plant Kitchen

This was amazing! Bonsai is possibly the best food in Brighton right now - agreed by both vegans and non vegans! 

The cabbage was one of my favourite dishes but there is so much this restaurant has to offer. Small plates, main dishes, desserts and drinks - everything they do is perfect! 

Incredible service too and lovely atmosphere in the restaurant.
