My husband had the Vegan Beyond Burger with Avocado & I had Herbed Hummus & Flatbreads - Delicious 😋 A great place on Playa Granada, Motril (near the golf course).

Honest this was the best Vegan Paella I've tasted locally & probably here in S Spain

OK this was a rare find as we drove up to the Alpujarras & stopped for something to eat. There were a couple of vegan options on the menu del dia & this was the starter. Proper tasty food - absolutely delicious 😋

I couldn't resist picking these up & the price was great for 9 fingers. They are really tasty (I just had to make a fish finger sarnie). I'm not sure how they will be received in Spain, but I hope they keep them after the promotion 👍🏻

Although the texture & colour aren't great (blue grey & waxy) The taste is almost spot on 👍🏻
I haven't cooked with it, although I plan to, but on salads & crackers it's delish
