I'm not sure what the traditional name of this is but they veganized a dish for us. Inclusive of vegan cheese and vegan pork style served with soft tacos!. Absolutely deliscious! One of my favorites so far!

This was one of my favorite meals I've had here. It falls into my top 3! Absolutely divine! The head Chef has created a vegan menu that has resulted in my favorite food coming from a non-vegan establishment. Absolute excellent!
