This Eritrean dish is called Vegetarian Combo which is Vegan and consists of a portion from 7 of the main dishes. This was delicious and the injera which is the flatbread underneath is simply amazing! #veganin2020

The place is now called Foam and Fork Gzira. The burger was a vegan version with the party made out of Seitan. It was delicious and also offers a big portion!
