Nice attempt and decent to eat with something else. Basically no flavor and nothing to resemble an actual mozzarella. I haven't tried to melt it, tho
First All You Can Eat sushi where I finally got the chance to actually eat. The vegan salmon is - of course - not at tasty as the actual fish, but the texture and the overall experience are worth it. Hope they'll extend more
Found this restaurant on the internet and tried it. I loved all the vegan options they had, but the supplì was surely my favorite: tomato source and vegan cheese, a bliss
Easy to cook and perfect for a quick snack. The taste of the vegetables and tofu filling is covered by the spiciness after a few dumplings.
I loved the taste, full of spices and flavors. The texture can be a bit inconsistent but it depends on how long it's been cooked, I guess. I'd buy more for a quick and frozen meal!
