I love this, always eat it when I go to THW. I find that it hits the right spots for me for a cheong fun, and when I eat with other non-vegan friends, we don’t mind getting this instead of the prawn or charsiew ones.
It was very salty and strangely jelat as this was shared between two people. Slightly too much for 2.
It is not exactly like Otah, but had significant lemongrass taste.
Personally would not get this again.
For a curry dish, it is super tasty! However, I find that it lacks Lion Mane mushrooms and had too much potatoes and carrots for a dish that I thought was mainly Lion mane mushrooms.
Love this! Minimum order of 5 piece ($0.80 per piece), served with cucumbers and satay sauce. The sauce is more sweet than nutty. The satay is well flavoured and well cooked.
Least favourite of all dishes I had here. Probably won’t order again. I think it’s because of the petai beans taste that I particularly don’t like. The sauce is also too overbearing.
Good and saucy! Not my favourite but it’s one of the good vegan meat dishes they have.
A good vegetable dish here. There’s some minced meat in it. This has become a staple to what I order here! :)
Rich and flavorful stew! The small portion is $8 and can be shared, so it’s really worth the price.
Love this! It’s no different from the original meat dish. Sweet and tangy, and the portion is really substantial. Even the rice is delicious!
The pears gave it a sweet crunch. I’m not used to tempeh yet I think but it was okay! Really delicious and generous portion. This was the regular portion.
