Super easy to cook! I sometimes feel guilty eating pasta but this stuff is a healthier option for me. I make mini lasagnas with it and they always turn out delicious.

I love this product, although it does have a very artifical banana flavour which might not be for everyone. It's never going to compare to a home made banana loaf but is a lovely little snack and super yummy toasted.
