Vegan ramen with beets, tempeh, green onion etc.
Interesting, creamy flavor, not very spicy. Awesome place, while not entirely vegan it’s very vegan friendly.

Really unsatisfying food, but it’s cheap I guess.
The filling is a very bland pulp that has no texture nor flavor.
The dough is very thick, so if you’re into that, then it’s a plus.
It’s quite good, it’s not a simple cashew cream cheese though - you can feel the fried onion.
It tastes nice with bread.
It’s really good, I have to admit though that the vegan egg is only there for the look, it’s unnecessary for me, I would appreciate more it it was just a splash of tofu cream or something.
Their panko-fried oyster mushroom roll is awesome - it’s one of the heavier options but it’s full of flavor and the texture is perfect.
