These “pakora” fritters were so tasty! Not gonna lie, I’d never heard of them, and so glad I decided to give them a try. Paired with a beautifully fresh sauce. 10/10!

This was a stunning tagine with a beautiful and mildly spicy sauce, accompanied by lovely couscous and baked chickpeas! 100% recommend if you’re in Soller, Mallorca!
I just love it when I can get a taste of something traditional but vegan! This really hit the spot after years of living in Spain and 2 years of being vegan and not having tortilla! I was very impressed, not an easy thing to mimic! 🥰🥰🥰
