I love keeping this product on hand because it has a nice flavor and ratio of the different spices, plus there is no salt unlike other curry pastes and jarred curry. Sometimes I use this on its own to flavor split pea soup and other times I mix it with curry paste just to help cut back on the salt without cutting back on the flavor. It works great.
